  1. It's 1 kg of beef liver.
  2. You need of For Marination.
  3. You need 6 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of crushed red chilli.
  5. It's of Salt as per taste.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  7. Prepare 4 tbsp of chaat masala.
  8. Prepare of For wash.
  9. You need of Vinger.
  10. Prepare of For seasoning.
  11. You need Pinch of garam masla.
  12. You need 4 tbsp of lemon juice.
  13. It's of Chaat masala as required.
  14. You need Pinch of qasori meethi.
  15. Prepare of Oil for frying.

Beef Liver step by step

  1. Rinse liver with water thoroughly.
  2. Apply vinger all over the liver and put in strainer to remove access water n vinger.
  3. Take a bowel add ginger garlic paste,black pepper, salt, crushed red chilli, chaat masala mix it well n add liver in it marinate for 30 mins.
  4. Then heat oil in pan add put all marinated liver in it...fry it well then cover with lid to tender liver....
  5. Put lemon juice, qasori methi n chat masala in the end n mix well...liver is ready to eat.
