Ingredients of Kaleji Masala

  1. It's 750 gm of Beef liver (kaleji).
  2. You need 2 of fresh clove garlic chopped.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of oil.
  4. Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
  5. It's 3 of green cardamon.
  6. Prepare 1 stick of cinnamon.
  7. It's 4-5 of whole black pepper.
  8. It's 3 of large onion.
  9. It's 2 tbsp of Ginger Garlic paste.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  11. It's 1.5 of tbspCoriander powder.
  12. You need 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
  13. It's 1 tbsp of salt or to taste.
  14. Prepare leaves of Fresh coriander.
  15. Prepare of Green chillies.

Kaleji Masala instructions

  1. First of all take small pieces of liver or kaleji and put fresh chopped garlic on it..
  2. Mix it with garlic and leave it for 1 hour approx..
  3. After one hour wash liver or kaleji..
  4. Now take a pan or pateeli add oil,then add bay leaf, cinnamon,whole black pepper and cardamon in it fry for 2 minutes👇🏻.
  5. Then add sliced onion..
  6. Let the onion golden brown.than add Ginger Garlic paste.👇🏻.
  7. Red chilli powder, Coriander powder,cumin powder and water and make gravy..
  8. After that add washed liver/kaleji and bhoonify it..
  9. Do not over cook the liver.and don't cover the lid.either it will become so hard..
  10. Just bhoonify it openly..
  11. After 6-8 minutes liver/kaleji become tender..
  12. Then add salt mix it..
  13. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and green chilli..
  14. Serve hot with paratha....
